  1. NP and NR were used to amplify the full-length encoding genes of subtilisin-like serine proteases from A. musiformis and A. yunnanensis. P246 and NR were used to amplify the 3' fragment of the subtilisin-like serine protease genes from M. coelobrochum, M. psychrophilum and D. shizishanna. 1480TSPN (N = 1, 2, 3) and 22TSPN (N = 1, 2, 3) were used to amplify the 5' fragment sequences from M. coelobrochum and D. shizishanna by using the DNA Walking Speedupâ„¢ PreMix Kit (Seegene, Korea), respectively
