Pipeline of intron sliding identification. startiA and endiA are coordinates of i-th intron of organism A (human), startjB and endjB are coordinates of j-th intron of organism B (other mammalian), TSL is Transcript Support Level. We predict the sliding event if the difference between the intron starts are equal to the difference between the intron ends and lies in the interval from 1 to 5 bp inclusive
