Each point mutation is symbolized by a mark on the lines connecting haplotypes. The colours are used to visualize the following groups: green - Bale monkey in CF; orange - Bale monkey in FF; blue - grivet; purple - vervet and yellow - vervet-grivet hybrids. Small black dots indicate missing intermediate haplotypes
